Today’s post will be about PASTA! Who doesn’t love pasta…Didn’t you always think that life would be perfect if pasta would be made out of legumes?
Well, than I have great news for you! I am a huge pasta lover and after have I started my personal fat loss/fitness/health journey, any type of pasta dishes (and pizza) would be my go to ‘cheat’ meal…
…until I found this gem of pasta:

Taste/Consistency:
I would consider myself as being a pasta snob and this lentil pasta definitely get my stamp of approval because of its consistency (al dente) and its slightly nutty taste. If you add your favorite sauce on top you barely notice that you are not eating your regular type of pasta. I am also pleasantly surprised by the amount of protein and fibers in this lentil pasta.

I know lentils are great alternatives and I’m sure, with added content of carbohydrates and protein, I know one can’t go wrong with it. Brilliant choice
